The 【SF Series】 is a sanitary fitting series with PFA/PTFE lining applied to the entire liquid-contacting area. Starting with the 【SF-LPI】 PFA/PTFE lined pipe, which achieves a seamless length of up to 4 meters and a minimum diameter of 15A, we offer a comprehensive lineup of various fittings including 【flange adapters, elbows, tees, reducers, and valves】! The 【SF-LPI】 can be manufactured to match your desired spacing. It accommodates lengths of up to 4,000L in sizes 15A, 1.0S, and 1.5S. The seamless PFA/PTFE lined pipe significantly reduces the risk of leaching in various processes and dramatically improves cleaning efficiency. Switching from glass-lined pipes greatly mitigates the risks of cracking and weight associated with glass-lined pipes! It boasts high convenience and durability both during installation and use. Additionally, a new design has improved the ease of clamp installation, addressing the challenges previously faced with PFA/PTFE lined pipes, allowing for smooth attachment and detachment even with standard clamps! It enables production over long spacings that were not achievable with coated pipes, and there is no risk of pinholes!
